We use a British Fine Art Trade Guild accredited-printer for all of our fine art giclee open edition prints. The Guild sets standards for print publishing in order to protect the interests of the public and maintain confidence in the publishing of fine art.

Our selected printer signs for ArtSure, an independent scheme which offers consumers assurance that quality inks and papers have been used to produce a digital print. The scheme also offers traceability of print editions, through a database on the ArtSure section of the Fine Art Trade Guild website.
Archivability
We use a British printer which has been accredited as a Certified Print Studio by Hahnemühle FineArt. This means they have been audited for experience in preparation, presentation, storage and conservation of prints. Gateway Art Sales actively sought a certified studio for consistent quality in production and archivability of all prints made on Hahnemühle Digital Fine Art media. Our prints are produced to museum quality standards!
Lifespan Of 100+ Years
Our open edition prints are produced using the giclee technique. The word giclée is based on the French word gicleur, which means "nozzle" (the verb form gicler means "to squirt, spurt, or spray"). Prints are imaged using archival pigment inks for long life. Giclee fine art printing offers one of the highest degree of accuracy and richness of colour available in any of the reproduction techniques. The visual quality of the print result is extremely high with seeming continuous tone prints without dots, lines or barring.
Using the latest imaging equipment and profiling technology with archival quality pigmented inks which are UV stable, the prints offer a lifespan of 100+ years. Printing at 1200 dpi using a 12 colour LUCIA archival pigment ink system gives you superb colour accuracy, excellent colour graduation, expression and accuracy with the broadest colour range in its class.

The COA carries the signature of the artist and printmaker, information about the image and the edition, the title of the work and the media used. As the buyer you will have confidence that your print was made with care and dedication by skilled technicians using the highest quality materials, whose archival properties comply with museum quality standards.
Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind after your purchase? Not a problem. We will accept returns within seven (7) days of purchase. Please notify us via email: jenny@GatewayToAbuDhabi.com We will respond within three (3) working days providing instructions for the return within the following three (3) days. Any items returned must be in perfect condition, e.g. unused and undamaged with any swing tickets still attached or wraps still attached. The item must be returned in the original packaging. Returns are at the customer's cost. Upon receipt and satisfactory checking of the returned item, we will issue a refund less shipping costs within fourteen (14) days.
In the instance you received a damaged item, the item was not as described on the website or we shipped the wrong item to you, we will arrange for the collection of the item at our cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item via email: jenny@GatewayToAbuDhabi.com If the item is damaged, please supply pictures and retain the original packaging. We will respond to you with details of the collection and upon receipt of the item, we will issue a refund within fourteen (14) days. If you would prefer a a replacement or exchange item to the same or greater value, please let us know and we willl do our best to accommodate this, subject to availability, within seven (7) days.
